Who we are
Linkcrest ("we", "us") provides link building services. This policy covers the website at linkcrest.app and the forms on it. Questions about privacy go to hello@linkcrest.app.
Information we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us through our forms:
- Free audit and strategy call requests: your website, work email, and optionally your name, budget range and message.
- Contact form: your name, work email, website, topic, budget range and message.
- Newsletter: your email address.
- With each submission, basic technical details: your browser user agent and the page you came from.
What we do not collect
This website does not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies or third-party scripts. Fonts and images are served from our own website, so loading a page does not share your data with anyone else.
How we use your information
We use your information only for these purposes:
- To prepare the audit, reply to your message or arrange the call you asked for.
- To send the newsletter you subscribed to. Every issue includes an unsubscribe link.
- To protect our forms from spam and abuse, for example through rate limiting.
Where your information is stored
We never sell your information or share it with other companies for their own marketing.
Submissions are processed by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, and delivered to our internal team tools, such as a chat or CRM notification, so the right person can reply quickly. These providers process the data only on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the duration of our work together and any period required by law. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email hello@linkcrest.app and we will respond within 30 days.

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date below.
